What if I don't like my first drop?
100% money-back guarantee. Tell us within 7 days of your first drop and we refund everything you paid, within 14 days. No reasons needed. The research stays yours.
Ads from a refunded drop can't be run.
What if the ads don't perform?
A scaler or free ads. If none of our ads reaches your own scaling rule in your first 4 weeks, the next 4 weeks of ads are free. You set the rule at onboarding. It applies when Meta is connected and you ran at least half of the ads from each drop.
We still don't promise ROAS. We promise what happens if it doesn't work.
What happens after I pay?
Your dashboard opens with a 15-minute intake. We do your research first, then your first drop lands in your Slack channel, and a new one every week after that.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. It renews every 4 weeks and you can cancel before the next renewal. You can change your volume every 4 weeks. Pay 24 weeks upfront and the onboarding is free.
