Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms apply to the use of the Subyect dashboard and the Subyect app for Meta by Subyect staff, by users at client companies, and by anyone who creates an account to read the free research or to buy the AI static ad system. By signing in you accept them.

The service

Subyect provides a private dashboard that shows a client company the performance of its own advertising, the ads Subyect makes for it, and analyses of those ads. The dashboard also holds a free research area, The Vault, that anyone with an account can read.

Accounts and access

A user is either invited by Subyect or by their client company, or creates their own account to read the free research or to start with the AI static ad system. Everyone signs in with their own account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what is done with it. A client company decides which of its people may use the dashboard and may ask us to remove access at any time. A client's own data is shown only to that client's users and to Subyect staff; the free research shows no client's data.

Buying the AI static ad system

A brand that starts with the AI static ad system through the dashboard buys under the buying terms: the price per 4 weeks, the onboarding, the money-back guarantee, the renewal and the cancellation are set out there. Those terms apply to the purchase; these terms apply to the use of the dashboard.

Advertising accounts

A client authorises Subyect to read its Meta advertising accounts through Meta Business Manager. The client confirms it has the right to grant that access. Subyect reads those accounts only to provide the service described here and as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use the dashboard only for the client company you belong to and only for its legitimate business purposes. You may not try to access other clients' data, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Meta's platform terms.

Content and ownership

Advertising data belongs to the client whose account it comes from. Creative work made by Subyect is governed by the agreement between Subyect and the client. The dashboard software, the free research and its analyses remain Subyect's.

Availability

We aim to keep the dashboard available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, and we may suspend access to protect the service or its data.

Liability

The dashboard is provided as part of Subyect's services to the client and is used at the client's own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Subyect is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the dashboard. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending access

Access ends when the client relationship ends, when a client asks us to remove a user, or when a user asks us to delete their account. Data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are brought before the competent court in Amsterdam.
